How You Can Help

By Becoming a Financial Supporter

Our work relies heavily upon the goodwill and generosity of the community we serve. We are grateful for all donations and the vote of confidence that they represent. Please help us to continue offering the broad range of services that make a difference in the lives of hundreds of people throughout Otago.

By Gifting a Bequest

A gift in your will is a very positive and practical way you can help Presbyterian Support care for people throughout Otago. Together with us, you can make a difference and help build a future for individuals and families in our communities. If you would like more information or wish to discuss making a bequest, please contact us

By Becoming a Volunteer

Over 600 volunteers help Presbyterian Support provide important services to the Otago community. Volunteers have played a vital role in the development of our organisation and through the wide variety of skills, talents, interests and abilities represent an integral part of virtually every facet of our work.

Volunteers support people by:

  • providing companionship for people in their homes and resthomes
  • assisting with shopping, or transport for outings and appointments
  • helping at Presbyterian Support day programmes
  • working at the Opportunity Shop & Warehouse
  • being a Buddy for young people through the Cameron Centre

To find out about becoming a volunteer, or accessing our volunteer services in your area, please contact:
