Services for Older People
Dunedin, Ross Home, Hospital & Cottages
Ross Home is situated in Dunedin’s North East Valley on a sunny, spacious site amidst park-like surroundings. Established in 1918, Ross Home is the largest of seven aged care facilities operated by Presbyterian Support in Otago.
Residents are assured that it is usually possible for them to remain at Ross Home as their needs change.
This is because Ross Home offers a comprehensive range of residential services for older people, including independent cottages, rest home care in single rooms or self-contained units, and both general and psycho-geriatric hospital care.
At the hub of Ross Home is a recently developed Café. The Café serves quality food and hot drinks. The quality offerings, combined with a friendly ambiance, make the Cafe a popular focal point for residents and visitors alike. Residents can also enjoy an attractive courtyard, which was developed to enhance the enjoyment of Ross Home’s beautiful established gardens.
