Community Liaison Manager - Sue Braithwaite
Sue Braithwaite is the Community Liaison Manager for Presbyterian Support Northern, a position she has held for the past 7 years.
Sue’s role includes building strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with Presbyterian and Cooperating parishes. She does this by travelling around the top half of the North Island, in an area that covers Turangi to Kaitiaia, speaking in Sunday morning services and to individual church groups about the work that Presbyterian Support Northern carries out in their areas.
Sue also delivers Pastoral Care Seminars, Understanding Grief and Loss Workshops and Postive Ageing Seminars free of charge to any church that requests one. These seminars have been offered to churches for the past 5 years and have been hugely successful in forging stronger parish partnerships between the churches and Presbyterian Support Northern.
Originally from Wales, Sue is a member of Papakura East Presbyterian Church and a proud mother of two adult sons.
