An open invitation is extended to everyone in the community, to the families who are or have been connected with Cranford in any way, to our volunteers and staff and their families, and to other service organisations with whom we have a close association.
The Cranford Chaplain, Rev. Heather Flavell, supported by Cranford staff will lead the service.
There will be a special time during the service for each family to light a candle in celebration and in memory of a loved one's life.
