Sucking on the Lemon of Life Book

Bad things happen in life.
Sometimes it feels like more than you can bear.
This book is from some of us who have had to deal with disease and disability, experiencing pain through our journeys of life. This is our collective hard-earned wisdom on how to survive the tough times.
We wanted to share with you what has worked for us, and hope that our thoughts and experiences help you move forward.
Please do not think that this book is not for you, if you do not have a neurological condition. This book is for everyone. It doesn't matter if you have a physical or mental illness, or no illness at all. The emotional pain is the same for all human beings who experience devastating changes in their lives, whatever they may be. We hope our commentaries resonate to all.
