February 2005 Supporter

This edition continues the advocacy theme with Shaun Robinson (CEO) stating that "some Ministry of Health officials do not accept that there is a problem, and that our staff and residents deserve more resources", however he thanked those who contributed to our "writing to the Prime Minister" campaign, recognising that it did have some impact given the Governmnets fee increase announced in December.

More generally the theme is "Expansion of our Services" citing many new initiatives being opened - the Mosaic Creative Spaces Gallery, Connections the Cranford Hospice Shop, Child and Family expanding to the Kimi Ora Flaxmere site in tandem with the HIPPY programme aquisition, Atawhai Cottages opening, and the Dunbblane 10 bed hospital Building opening.

The rest of the supporter gives service specific commentaries.
